Independent Consultant, Executive Regional VP with Arbonne International
I was very excited to get to know Joyce Christiano, a woman who seeks to balance business, family, and life well. Joyce has grown a successful network of Arbonne Consultants as a natural connector. In her day to day world, she just shares her passion for healthy living and growing an asset that can produce income for the long-haul – and women are excited to jump on board when they see the difference it can make in their own lives. She is woman full of joy and a energy, always up for an adventure. She inspires others to be a loving wife, awesome mom, and creative woman just by modeling it herself.
Below she shares a little more about herself and offers a couple great resources:
Where do you live and what do you do?
I live in Spicewood, TX. I am a homeschooling mother with boys aged 13, 10 and a 6 year old daughter. I am also an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International, a global health and wellness company. I teach and train others how to build a virtual franchise around clean products.
What do you care most about? How do you live that out?
I care most about living a balanced and enriched life. My passion is to serve and empower others by supporting their health and/or financial goals. I love building communities of shared values for support, collaboration, efficiency and identity.
I teach and train others how to build a virtual franchise by changing their brand for daily use, consumable products, and then teaching others to do the same! I help others grow an asset that can produce secondary or replacement income, backup income or residual/legacy income that can actually be willed to family or friends… all while focusing on a healthier lifestyle, taking time for personal growth and working part-time!
I love people – I enjoy hearing their stories and discovering their passions and dreams. I find myself introducing and connecting women that have shared values and priorities. In today’s world – many of us are separated from our roots, and we all need to find our “tribes” where we live, work and play. Women need their groupies – it makes us all stronger, balanced and fulfilled!
I am also passionate about helping moms with kids on the spectrum find the right resources and community. My goal in the next couple of years is to start a foundation/charity to support families with scholarships for the special treatments their kids need. These would include vision therapy, hippotherapy, nutritional counseling and bloodwork, brain balance, speech/language therapy and many others.
What challenges do you encounter and how do you overcome them?
My challenge is time and focus. I seek out tools and continually work toward mastering these areas. Most recently, I have enjoyed using the Passion Planner and employing the KonMari method to streamline my life.
